Before you order
Every piece here is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your shirt gets printed after you buy it. That is why nothing is ever sold out in your size, why it takes a little longer to reach you than something off a shelf, and why picking the right size the first time matters.
Step one
Most orders go into production and ship within 2 business days. You will get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the facility.
Step two
Shipping is free across the United States and Canada. One flat rate elsewhere, whatever is in the order. The times below are the whole journey. Printing included, not just the courier leg.

If you are outside the countries listed, that last rate is not a markup. Long-haul parcels genuinely cost us close to that to send, and we would rather charge it honestly than pretend and cut corners on the courier.
Orders going outside Canada may pick up import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. Those are set by your own country, are not included in what you paid at checkout, and are the recipient’s to settle. If a parcel is refused at customs or the duties go unpaid, we cannot refund the order.
Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, the redelivery cost falls to you.

Damaged, faulty, misprinted, or the wrong item turned up
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.
You get a free replacement or a full refund. Your call. You will not be asked to post the faulty one back.
We cannot take this back
Wrong size ordered, or you changed your mind
Because your piece was printed for you and does not exist until you order it, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or a size mis-pick.

Changed your mind fast
The small print, said plainly
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to post it after we issue it.
If it goes missing
If tracking has not moved for an unreasonable stretch, or a parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, email us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
Still stuck
Sizing, a late parcel, a print that came out wrong. One email and a real person picks it up.
